Notwithstanding the preceding two paragraphs, if the Suspension of Use, etc. involves significant cost or is otherwise difficult to implement, and alternative measures can be taken that are necessary to protect the rights and interests of the user, the Company will take such alternative measures.

  1. Except where otherwise provided by laws or regulations or in this Policy, the Company may change the contents of this Policy without notifying users.
